Most of our nannies come to us from word of mouth or have been with a family we have previously placed them with, and they are no longer needed as the children have grown older or the families have moved.

The process involves an in-depth background check, reference verification, social security verification, CPR verification, extensive interviewing and drug testing. We select only the finest nannies and housekeepers to interview with our families across South Florida.

We check their national criminal records and see if they have a flawless motor vehicle history because we know you might need them to drive your kids to and from school. We also run background checks after asking them to sign a waiver, and accept special checks like educational background and employment history.

A competitive nanny salary is between 25 and $35 per hour. We do ask that the following holidays be given off with pay:

• New Year’s Day
• Christmas
• Thanksgiving
• Memorial day
• Labor Day
• July 4

Salaries depend on the job description, the number of children, college degree, and any special certifications and special skills that the nanny may possess.
